Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated

OneStream Associate

to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of OneStream XF solutions.This role is ideal for someone with a background in finance or EPM systems and a desire to grow their expertise in enterprise performance management.

Skills

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design, configuration, and deployment of OneStream applications for financial consolidation, planning, forecasting, and reporting.
Support monthly and quarterly close cycles by maintaining metadata, data loads, and system validations.
Develop and maintain business rules, workflows, and data integrations between source systems and OneStream.
Work closely with finance users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of OneStream applications.
Create and maintain documentation for solutions, processes, and configurations.
Monitor data integrity, perform reconciliation, and troubleshoot discrepancies.
Support end-users by resolving tickets, providing training, and identifying areas of improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, accounting, IT, and consultants.
