Job Description

- Work across the People organization and with other members of the product team to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for onboarding technology platforms, aligning with strategic People team goals and objectives - Develop and orchestrate End-to-End Onboarding processes, and integrate Onboarding solutions with Recruiting, HCM, Procurement, and other digital systems - Implement onboarding solutions (Rival Workflow, SilkRoad Technology: RedCarpet Onboarding, ServiceNow Enterprise Onboarding & Transitioning, Workday Onboarding etc)- Collaborate with partners, including business leaders (HR Legal, Compliance, Privacy & Accessibility teams, and end-users) to gather and understand their requirements - Assist in creating and maintaining a prioritized backlog of features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business value and urgency - Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews in collaboration with engineering teams - Translate business needs into product solutions, and draft requirements and user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategy, and release plans - Contribute towards continuous improvement of leading standard processes - Influence decisions and facilitate change management through collaboration and leadership 8+ years of Onboarding Product solutioning experience (Rival Workflow, SilkRoad RedCarpet Onboarding, ServiceNow Enterprise Onboarding & Transitioning, Workday Onboarding etc) for in-house/cloud global implementations Experience creating effective business requirements and evaluating solution options Ability to use data and analysis to stitch and drive decision-making Maintain a level of constant and effective communication with managers, leaders, and subject matter experts in a variety of business, functional, and technology areas Demonstrated experience conducting design workshops with cross-functional and worldwide business partners Thrives in ambiguous work environment. Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in HR, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Masters degree preferred. Advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile certifications) and HR management (e.g., SHRM, PHR/SPHR) are a plus Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to help identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement. Ability to collaborate with global team members in a virtual setting.
