Role Overview

As an Onboarding Expert Intern, you’ll help ensure new users and listers have a smooth, supportive experience on Cribo. From guiding them through the platform to improving onboarding materials, you’ll be key to growing our engaged community.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect and assist new users during their onboarding journey.
• Help streamline onboarding flows and gather feedback.
• Ensure smooth work flow.

Requirements

• Strong English communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Student or recent graduate (Business, Comms, etc.).
• Soft Skills and conversational skills.
