Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Onboarding and Support Executive located in New Delhi. The Onboarding and Support Executive will be responsible for conducting onboarding sessions for new users, providing support through various channels, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining effective communication with users. The role includes offering executive administrative assistance and ensuring smooth clerical operations within the team.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in using technology and tech-savvy
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
