We are looking for energetic and result-driven On-field Sales & Marketing Executives to drive sales of our plots and apartments through direct client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
Meet prospective clients, explain project details, and present available plots/apartments.
Handle enquiries, schedule and conduct site visits with clients.
Build strong customer relationships and maintain follow-ups until closure.
Achieve monthly sales targets through effective field sales strategies.
Provide feedback and market insights to the sales and marketing team.
Maintain daily reports of client meetings, site visits, and sales progress.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:
Minimum Graduation (any discipline). MBA/PG in Marketing is an added advantage
Experience:
1–3 years in real estate sales / direct sales / field sales preferred (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
Skills Required:

Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Ability to understand client needs and match them with project offerings.
Confidence in handling face-to-face client interactions.
Negotiation and deal-closing ability.
Willingness to travel within Chennai for client meetings and site visits.
