Key Responsibilities: Provide responsive online and voice-based support to international clients Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues efficiently and professionally Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on clarity, empathy, and resolution Work across time zones with flexibility for rotational and on-call shifts Requirements: 0 to 4 years of experience in online call service/customer support (IT support experience is a plus!)
