Are you passionate about solving problems and delivering top-notch support Join our dynamic team as an On-Call Support Specialist, where you'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless IT and customer support services for our clients across North America and Europe. You will be responsible for providing responsive online and voice-based support to international clients. Your key tasks will include troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues efficiently and professionally. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service with clarity, empathy, and resolution. You should be prepared to work across time zones with flexibility for rotational and on-call shifts. To excel in this role, you should have 0 to 4 years of experience in online call service/customer support (IT support experience is a plus!). Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Familiarity with support tools, ticketing systems, and remote troubleshooting will be beneficial. You must demonstrate the ability to work independently under pressure and meet service level agreements. A willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends as needed, is required.,
