You should be prepared to work across time zones with flexibility for rotational and on-call shifts. To excel in this role, you should have 0 to 4 years of experience in online call service/customer support (IT support experience is a plus!). Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Familiarity with support tools, ticketing systems, and remote troubleshooting will be beneficial. You must demonstrate the ability to work independently under pressure and meet service level agreements. A willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends as needed, is required.,
