Your responsibilities will include planning, executing, utilizing rapid data-driven learning and adjustment techniques, and measuring the impact to enhance clinical care effectively. Your role will involve collaborating with local Medical Affairs teams to prioritize activities that have a significant impact on patient care through reach and scale. You will play a key role in selecting, utilizing, and integrating various channels, both personal and non-personal, with a focus on data analytics as an essential capability within medical affairs. Given the global and local nature of the Medical Affairs transformation, your involvement will be vital in ensuring a strong local voice in global processes while also preparing local teams to implement initiatives effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence in medical planning and processes, implementing medical customer plans, identifying new capabilities needed in medical affairs, and executing initiatives to enhance medical capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure local medical teams are inspired by the Accelerate Reach and Scale vision. - Collaborate with the International Business Unit (IBU) Medical Leadership team to align behind clear transformation goals for each HUB. - Establish an accelerated roadmap with measures to achieve transformation goals. - Work with the medical affairs team to develop focused plans with clear reach and impact measurement goals. - Partner with Global, IBU Central, and Local teams to build essential capabilities for planning and executing programs with significant reach and impact. - Lead partnerships with third parties for independent education, QI initiatives, and collaborative data generation approaches. - Establish enablement processes for non-personal channels with E&C and Legal. - Foster a data-driven mindset for rapid learning and adjustment to maximize the efficiency of medical programs. - Ensure compliant and efficient utilization of non-personal channels to expand measurable reach and impact of medical programs. - Work with therapy medical teams to ensure operational excellence for all medical processes at the hub level. Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor's degree, preferably science-based; a medical degree is desirable. - Experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on customer-focused solutions and capabilities. - Experience in Medical operations and transformation initiatives in healthcare and pharmaceutical companies. - Demonstrated ability to influence, accelerate, and deliver results without line management authority. - Strong communication skills, agility, and ability to persuade. - Excellent organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills. - High learning agility and strategic thinking abilities. Additional Preferences: - Advanced degree in medical or related science field. - Understanding of Medical Sciences with experience in medical affairs. - Attention to detail and effective cross-functional working. - Experience with omnichannel engagement. - Strong business acumen and motivation for innovation.
