• Good understanding of how solar plant components work.
• Strong approach to safe working practices
• Perform fault-finding and troubleshooting in the field in a safe manner.
• Inspection, testing, and maintenance of PV modules, DC string combiner boxes, and string
inverters
• Physically dexterous in replacing components and undertaking maintenance activities
• Keeping in close communication with the O&M office
• Follow-up and update closure reports.
• Travel to the project site and attend preventive service visits (Module cleaning & system health
check) daily.
• Installing or maintaining Ethernet and fiber optic communications
• Interacting with clients in case of query.
