O&M Incharge AHS

We are looking for an experienced O&M Incharge to manage the operations and maintenance of AHS systems at our P2–FTP site. The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. The candidate will be responsible for leading preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring maximum equipment uptime, troubleshooting mechanical/electrical issues, and adhering to safety and quality standards. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations and preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities of AHS systems.

• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.

• Plan, schedule, and execute maintenance activities to minimize downtime.

• Troubleshoot technical issues related to mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring timely resolution.

• Monitor system performance and optimize efficiency to achieve operational targets.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and spare parts usage.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations.

• Lead and guide the O&M team, ensuring skill development and effective manpower utilization.
