We are committed to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, delivering premium personal care solutions We seek a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team as an Ointment Production Specialist

Job Overview:The Ointment Production Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process of ointments, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and optimizing production efficiency
The role requires technical expertise in formulation, process optimization, and GMP compliance

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage ointment production processes from raw material preparation to final packaging
Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality control (QC) protocols, and regulatory guidelines Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, including mixers, homogenizers, and filling machines Monitor production efficiency, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions Collaborate with R&D and quality assurance teams to improve formulations and processes Maintain accurate production records, batch reports, and documentation Train and supervise production staff, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization

Qualifications & Skills:

Hard Skills:

In-depth knowledge of ointment formulation and manufacturing processes
Experience with GMP, HACCP, and ISO compliance in cosmetic or pharmaceutical manufacturing Proficiency in handling production machinery and troubleshooting equipment issues Understanding of raw material selection, stability testing, and quality control parameters

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent leadership and team management abilities Attention to detail and commitment to quality Effective communication and collaboration skills

Education & Certifications:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Pharmacy, Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or a related field
Certification in GMP, Quality Control, or relevant industry standards is a plus

Preferred Experience:

3+ years of experience in ointment manufacturing within the cosmetic or pharmaceutical industry
Hands-on experience in process optimization and formulation improvements
