Job Description

To perform receipt of material as defined in the SOP .

To perform dispensing activities as defined in the SOP.

Allocation of material as per storage condition with appropriate locator code in SAP system. .

To assist weighing balance performance checking and maintaining corresponding records as defined procedure in the SOP.

To perform cleaning activities as defined in the SOP.

Handling of spillage materials and follow the procedure as defined in the SOP.

Handling and disposal of rejected and expiry material as defined in the SOP.

Maintaining FEFO system and assist retesting of stored materials.

Usage of Personal protective equipment s during handling of material and equipment s.

Assist during stock verification.

Maintaining stores related records in accordance with established SOP s and following good documentation practice.

Assist to return the rejected materials to concern manufacturer / supplier as defined in the SOP.

Following all the GMP practice in stores area.

Following all the safety precaution in stores area.

Maintaining quality of material stored in stores area.

Maintaining housekeeping in stores area.
