A Plant Manager in a Solvent Recovery and Hydrogenation Plant is responsible for overseeing the entire operation of the facility, ensuring efficient and safe production, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role involves managing staff, optimizing processes, adhering to safety and environmental regulations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The manager will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving operational issues, coordinating maintenance activities, and managing budgets and resources. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of solvent recovery processes, distillation, hydrogenation, and related technologies. Management and Leadership: Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team of employees. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and resolve complex operational issues and make data-driven decisions. Safety and Regulatory Knowledge: Thorough understanding of safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and compliance requirements. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders. Relevant experience : in a chemical plant, particularly in solvent recovery and/or hydrogenation is highly desirable.

Role & responsibilities Hands-on experience in software development LIMS DMS, eLearning, SAP interphase, API projects and projects using .NET framework, Asp.Net Web API, C#, ADO.Net, SQL Server/MS SQL and Front-end Programming. Must have good analytical, debugging and problem solving skills. Uderstands and anticipates customer needs to meet expectations. Manage bug fixing for existing applications. Develop applications and tools to increase productivity and comfort of usage in accordance with requirements of client and/or project teams. Integrate business changes and incorporate them in IT systems and daily activities. Write clean code and specs, manage unit testing, and build reusable objects/framework.

Role & responsibilities Monitor daily cleaning and update the record. Monitor temperature and update the record. Perform weighing scale monthly calibration and daily verification and update the record. Monitor the unloading of materials. Insure proper cleanliness of the receiving materials. Check the all documents required with shipment. Prepare GRN, Quarantine label for the newly received materials. Proper storage and allocation of all materials. Issue of materials as per production requirement against requisition slip. Perform dispensing activity, record the data, and do labelling of all dispensed materials and balance materials. Update dispensing record and insure the cleaning of dispensing area after activity closer. Prepare gate pass for the materials issued for production. Update stock cardex / stock ledger for the all materials.

Role & responsibilities Ensure the compliance of cGMP & EHS. Follow the cGMP requirement with appropriate housekeeping and documentation in manufacturing area. Co-ordination with other department for safe, successful and timely batch execution. Achieving plant production target w.r.t quality and yield. Active involvement in facing quality audits by vendor audit & regulatory audits. Lead from front to ensure safe behavior / GMP culture on the shop floor. Comply with online documentation with complete data integrity. Undergo safety, quality and operational training & comply with requirement. Maintain housekeeping standard to ensure a clean and safe workplace. Follow the SOP practices. Preparation to comply statutory audit, customer audit and regulatory audit. Batch charging and process work out as per written instruction. Shift handover / instruction/ information communication. Operation & cleaning of Equipment's. Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of equipment. Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals. Maintaining cleanliness and hygienic practices in the plant premises.

Demonstrated ability to debug and troubleshoot complex performance issues. data archiving concepts as well as experience in data retrieval from archive DB. Should be able to design and implement scalable and performant solutions. Experience with S/4 HANA Extensibility (in-app / on-stack) Strong in ABAP Technologies - ABAP Workbench, Reports, Screens, Performance Tuning. Must be able to work as a team player and can work independently. Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written presentation and listening. collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Handle data migration tasks and transform data from the current SAP system to the S/4 HANA database. Analyzing and adapting custom ABAP code to ensure compatibility with S/4 HANA and optimizing performance.

Role & responsibilities Dispatch planning container finalization and planning for placement of vehicle required for export and domestics movement of finished goods. Handling or Labelling of HAZ Cargo. Responsible for goods dispatch to International and domestic market. Follow-up as required with all teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet customer expectation. Export and Domestics order processing in SAP SD module. Close business deals by coordinating requirements by developing new vendor and negotiating contracts. Cost and Budgetary Controls. Reviews orders, invoices, bills of lading and other records to determine shipping priorities, work assignments, and shipping methods required to meet shipping schedules. Air Sea Tracking Systems, Maintaining Complete shipping status & reports for shipment in process and obtaining proof of delivery of each shipment from Origin destination to Final destination. Execute export with domestic and scrap invoicing on SAP Co-ordinate with the consent departments and collect dispatch related data's.
