Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Dispatch planning container finalization and planning for placement of vehicle required for export and domestics movement of finished goods.

Handling or Labelling of HAZ Cargo.

Responsible for goods dispatch to International and domestic market.

Follow-up as required with all teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet

customer expectation.

Export and Domestics order processing in SAP SD module.

Close business deals by coordinating requirements by developing new vendor and negotiating contracts.

Cost and Budgetary Controls.

Reviews orders, invoices, bills of lading and other records to determine shipping priorities, work assignments, and shipping methods required to meet shipping schedules.

Air Sea Tracking Systems,

Maintaining Complete shipping status & reports for shipment in process and obtaining proof

of delivery of each shipment from Origin destination to Final destination.

Execute export with domestic and scrap invoicing on SAP

Co-ordinate with the consent departments and collect dispatch related data's.
