Key Responsibilities

• To carry out planned production activities in shift as per production schedule and to coordinate with concerned departments
• To do the entries in the BPRs and related other documents as per performed activity in the plant.
• To do the entries of records as per their respective SOP’s (equipment log book, cleaning records, calibration records etc.)
• To be on their dedicated work station & proper hand over the charge to another employee (who is well trained to perform the task) and inform his superior prior leaving the workplace.
• To Maintain shop floor discipline and ensure harmonious relationship among employees
• To carry out plant operations safely.
• Maintain the area as per requirement of ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 and update related documents. To ensure the implementation of EHS and safety practices during the execution of work, verify the hazardous waste material sent for incineration.
• To follow the cGMP practices during work & ensure compliances to related SOPs.
• To maintain & ensure the cleanliness of equipment and its surroundings.
• To ensure the training records are updated in time for self and plant personnel.
• To ensure that equipment’s are maintained in qualified state and instruments are in calibrated state.
• To complete of validation/qualification activities as per protocol.
• Proper man power planning as per shift and optimum utilization of available resources for maximum productivity
• To complete of validation/qualification activities as per protocol
