In this role at Standard Chartered in Chennai, as an Operations employee, you will be responsible for maintaining and inputting limits in various TP systems. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring pre-processing activities are carried out as per guidelines - Accurate input of fee draw-down, interest, fee, margin, and commission - Loading facilities with complementary limits in Transaction Processing systems correctly - Updating activated limits in CMS - Providing insight and suggestions for process improvement - Escalating any exceptions noticed to Senior Management - Monitoring, diarizing, and generating reports as per agreed terms - Performing Single Release Activity as assigned You will also be expected to provide orientation and guidance to new joiners, develop a personal learning plan with your team manager, complete milestones in the learning plan, and comply with regulatory requirements and expectations. Qualifications required for this role include being a commerce graduate/postgraduate, having basic product & process knowledge, effective communication skills, and proficiency in English.
