Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Officer / Sr. Officer Production (OSD) at Lactose India Limited, located in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-5 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee and manage production processes to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations.
Develop and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc) or equivalent qualification.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes and regulations.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Familiarity with GMP and other relevant regulations.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
