Position Overview

raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products

Key Responsibilities

1. Raw Material Analysis

Perform identification, assay, and purity testing of raw materials as per pharmacopeial/approved methods.
Review COAs and ensure compliance with internal specifications.
Maintain proper sampling and documentation.

2. Finished Product Testing

Conduct physicochemical and instrumental analysis (HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, etc.).
Perform dissolution, disintegration, uniformity, and other routine QC tests.
Ensure timely release of batches by delivering accurate test results.

3. Stability Studies

Execute stability testing as per ICH guidelines.
Place and withdraw stability samples at prescribed intervals.
Maintain stability chambers and ensure calibrated conditions.
Prepare stability summary reports.

4. GLP Compliance

Follow GLP in performing analytical work and documentation.
Maintain laboratory cleanliness, analytical records, instrument logbooks, and calibration data.
Participate in audits (internal/external) and CAPA implementation.

5. Instrument Handling & Calibration

Operate analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, UV, KF, etc.).
Perform routine calibrations and coordinate with service engineers when needed.

6. Safety & Compliance

Follow laboratory safety protocols and SOPs.
Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, ISO, and regulatory guidelines.
