Officer- Sales Force Automation

As a SFA Officer at Ferrero, you will play a crucial role in leveraging various sales technology and RTM knowledge, along with Ferrero business processes, to drive best practices and support existing stakeholders like Distributors, Distributor Officers, Sales, and Commercial Team. Your primary focus will be on ensuring Sales Growth for Ferrero India through the following key responsibilities: - Ensuring End to End Ownership of Sales Automation Initiatives - Helping and supporting the Sales Team on Pre-Rollout Planning of DMS & SFA - Managing the DMS master data team - Customizing DMS as per business requirements and providing solutions in case of master data issues - Executing Salesforce Automation process for India business - Implementing DMS Rollouts as per business requirements - Providing sustenance and support to existing DMS users - Proposing Simplified and Adaptable Solutions while understanding business priorities - Ensuring Support for solutions being rolled out In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be responsible for DMS MDM Team Management, ensuring seamless operations of the team to support Sales Automation Initiatives, adherence to required support, maintaining business continuity, completing new rollouts within defined project timelines effectively, and overall ensuring the success of Sales Automation initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Overall 5+ years of experience - Minimum 4+ years involved in DMS & Sales Automation initiatives - Understanding of sales systems and processes in the FMCG industry - Ability to handle multiple priorities - Experience in working in a technology-enabled sales environment - Good Knowledge of Distributor Models in India At Ferrero, consumers, quality, and care are at the core of everything we do.
