Qualification

• Diploma / Degree in Safety Engineering / Industrial Safety / NEBOSH / ADIS
• Certification in Construction Safety preferred

Experience

• 4–6 years of relevant experience
• Mandatory experience in Road / Highway / Expressway / Infrastructure projects
• Experience in EPC / large construction projects preferred

Key Skills

• EHS management & site safety implementation
• Knowledge of statutory compliances & safety audits
• Risk assessment, HIRA, JSA & toolbox talks
• Incident / accident investigation & reporting
• Safety training & awareness programs
• PPE management & safety documentation
• Good communication & coordination skills

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor EHS policies at project site
• Ensure compliance with statutory safety norms & company standards
• Conduct daily safety inspections, audits & toolbox talks
• Identify hazards, conduct risk assessments & recommend controls
• Investigate accidents/near-misses and prepare reports
• Maintain safety records, permits & compliance documents
• Coordinate with site, QA/QC & subcontractor teams
• Promote a proactive safety-first culture across site
