Safety Officer

Position Title:

Safety Officer

Location:

JSW – Dolvi Site

Reports To:

Site In-Charge

Role Overview

Responsible for maintaining a safe working environment at site and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions.Monitor work areas for unsafe acts/conditions and correct immediately.Ensure compliance with PPE usage and work permit systems.Prepare daily safety reports and submit to client & HO.Investigate incidents/near misses and prepare reports.Liaise with client safety team for audits and compliance checks.

Key Skills & Competencies

Good knowledge of construction/erection safety standards.Effective communicator with ability to enforce safety culture.

Qualification & Experience

Diploma in Industrial Safety. ADIS/PDIS is must3–5 years’ experience as Safety Officer at heavy erection projects.
