Plan & close the Project as per defined timelines.To implement and maintain Quality System procedures in the department.Supervising jobs to monitor operators/Attendants output.Receiving 100% route sheet quantity from fabrication departmentEnsuring required Zinc coating thickness on Galvanized membersHandling over 100% route sheet quantities to Finish Yard after QC clearance.Monitoring of route sheet and productionEnsuring quality of product as per company standards and customer requirementEnsuring correct entries in computer systemMonitoring attendance in the shopInforming machine breakdown to Plant engineering and getting them repairedMonitoring rework if anyAvailability of first aid in case of emergency and report.Ensuring good housekeeping in the shop.Ensuring usage of all safety equipment’s and safety, health awareness to the working people in the shop floor
