Officer Leasing

As a Leasing Manager at our company, your role involves identifying and attracting suitable tenants for available retail spaces. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with retail brands and brokers. Your key responsibilities include: - Negotiating lease terms, rental rates, and contract conditions. - Preparing leasing proposals and commercial offers. - Coordinating with legal for drafting and reviewing lease agreements. - Ensuring timely execution of lease documents and renewals. - Maintaining and updating leasing records, tenant database, and occupancy reports. - Monitoring and achieving leasing targets as per the mall's business plan. To qualify for this role, we are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements: - Graduates or Post Graduates preferred. - Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in leasing, preferably in malls, commercial properties, or retail. - Strong negotiation and communication skills.
