Job Description

Key Result Areas Supporting Actions Execute the Latex & Monomers procurement process

Ensure cross functional stakeholder agreement to sourcing recommendations.
Conduct appropriate negotiations and background checks to ensure delivery of expected quality of procurements.
Track and monitor delivery of the product on time and to the right locations.
Negotiate with suppliers to ensure appropriate costing of the product as per budgets.
Plan and schedule ordering and receiving of the product regularly and on time.
Regularly evaluate and ideate cost saving initiatives for procurement.

Onboard suppliers by negotiating suitable terms and getting sign off on all requisite documents such as agreements.
Manage supplier relationships to ensure smooth and timely meeting of expectations by them by effectively tackling interpersonal issues, and commercial issues. Track, record and report essential updates about procurement
Provide regular status report on the procurement status of Latex & Monomers to relevant stakeholders.
Track errors and misses from suppliers and follow up to ensure correction.
Monitor product quality and highlight misses in quality, if any, to relevant stakeholders.
