Job Description

To verify that each welding job is assigned only whenall required parts child parts, sub-assemblies, and drawings - are fullyavailable, correct, and complete as per the released plan. This role ensures

nojob begins at the welding station unless its full kit is ready

,preventing idle time, stoppages, and rework. The role does proactive monitoringof Full-Kit and , if needed , chasesthe preceding work centres to ensure Full-Kit availability on timeto comply with the production plan.

2. Cross-check all components of each kit (brackets,stiffeners, ribs, plates) against the approved drawing for quantity, part ID,tag, and orientation.

6. Maintain shift-wise records of kits fully ready,partially ready, and not started, and communicate status during handovers.

7. Highlight patterns of repeat part shortages ormismatches to the Section In-Charge for root cause resolution.

Qualifications Experience

Diploma or ITI in Mechanical / Fabrication /Production (B.Tech preferred)

13 years of experience in fabrication, parthandling, or production coordination

Familiar with fabrication drawings, basic partrecognition, and welding kit composition

Strong attention to detail, assertiveness toprevent early job release, and disciplined tracking habits

Comfortable working in shift-based, fast-pacedenvironments with multiple dependencies
