Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Record Maintenance Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and organizing records to ensure accuracy and compliance with established guidelines. This role requires a proactive approach to managing documentation and supporting various departments with their record-keeping needs.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update records accurately and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements regarding record keeping.
Assist in the organization and management of documents and files.
Implement and maintain a filing system for easy retrieval of information.
Support audits by providing necessary documentation and records.
Train and assist team members in record maintenance procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with record management software and databases.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
