Position : Officer- HR Operations

Qualification :

MBA/ MHRM/ PG Diploma in HR with good academic record 60% or above from a reputed and recognized institute / University in India.

Should be HR Career oriented person.

Language Proficiency :

English-Hindi- Telugu Writing & Speaking must,

Experience :

• 2- 5 years experience in HR operations related to Statutory benefits administration handling like Provident Fund, ESI, Medical Insurance, Gratuity, Bonus with Payroll software proficiency.
• HR software exposure on Payroll and proficiency in online PF/ ESI web portals is essential.
• Should able to handle all PF and statutory benefits related issues independently with excellent computer and numerical proficiency.
• Should able to liaison with PF and ESI authorities independently.
• HR operations functions related to Talent acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Development, Employee Relations, On boarding, Exit management,
• Candidate should be IT savvy
• Excellent communication skills both written and speaking English & Hindi speaking.
• Should write and speak Telugu language.
• Age group : 30 years and below .
