Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute
process improvement projects
across manufacturing units.
Apply
Lean Manufacturing
,
Six Sigma
, and
Kaizen
principles to reduce waste and improve process efficiency.
Conduct
Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
,
Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
, and
Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
.
Use
PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act)
and
DMAIC (Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control)
frameworks for structured problem-solving.
Analyze production data using tools like
Pareto Charts
,
Fishbone Diagrams
, and
Control Charts
.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive
Standard Work
,
5S
, and
Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
.
Support digital transformation initiatives using
Power BI
,
Excel VBA
, or other analytics tools.
Train shop floor teams on continuous improvement tools and techniques.

Desired Candidate Profile:

B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile / Industrial Engineering.
03-06 years of hands-on experience in
process improvement
roles in the automobile sector.
Strong knowledge of
Lean Six Sigma
(Green Belt or higher preferred).
Experience in using
Minitab
,
Excel
, or similar tools for statistical analysis.
Familiarity with
ISO/TS 16949
,
IATF 16949
, and other quality standards.
Excellent analytical, communication, and team collaboration skills.
