Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Oversees the documentation process and submission for obtaining the required environmental clearances
Develops environmental policies, programs and practices and ensures implementation in all the areas to minimize environmental violations
Deploys tools and systems to monitor performance of the implemented policies, programs and practices through Online Monitoring system (CAAQMS, OCEMS, WM)
Ensures periodic Environmental monitoring and data analysis of Air, Stack, Noise, Soil, Water, Ground water
Collates and analyses environmental performance related data including periodic assessment of company carbon footprint
Oversees planning, scheduling and adherence to dumping of waste, emission levels to ensure effective solid waste management.
