Role Overview: As a Safety Officer in the Manufacturing department, your main responsibility is to ensure the planning, organization, and implementation of measures to effectively control personal injury. You will also be tasked with evaluating the effectiveness of actions taken, conducting safety inspections, and establishing new safe practices to ensure a safe working environment. Key Responsibilities: - Prevent incidences across the unit to ensure the safety of employees and stakeholders - Assess and improve emergency preparedness across the unit to reduce the impact of incidences on human and property - Execute planned activities, promotional activities, and improvements while ensuring statutory compliance Qualification Required: - Science graduate in chemistry or Diploma/Degree with a Diploma in Advanced Industrial Safety - Minimum of 2 years of safety experience in Pharma or chemical industries Additional Company Details: The job location for this role is Bommasandra.
