As an Operations Sales Officer, your main responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by acquiring business from operational hotels. Your key responsibilities will include sales planning and forecasting, where you will collaborate with the sales team to develop sales plans and forecasts that align with the company's overall objectives. You will be accountable for managing the sales process from start to finish, ensuring that all sales activities are in line with the company's sales strategy. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers will be crucial, by understanding their needs and preferences and addressing any concerns they may have. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or a related field, along with 0-5 years of experience.
