As an Operations Sales Officer, your main responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by acquiring business from operational hotels. You will be required to follow sales strategies and implement effective sales initiatives to drive growth and increase customer loyalty. Your primary focus will be on expanding the client base and enhancing customer loyalty. Your key responsibilities will include sales planning and forecasting, where you will collaborate with the sales team to develop sales plans and forecasts that align with the company's overall objectives. You will be accountable for managing the sales process from start to finish, ensuring that all sales activities are in line with the company's sales strategy. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers will be crucial, by understanding their needs and preferences and addressing any concerns they may have. Identifying new potential customers and developing relationships with potential clients will also be part of your role. You will manage the organization's sales leads effectively, ensuring they are nurtured and converted into sales. Managing customer feedback will be essential, as you will need to address customer concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner. Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows will also be required, where you will network with potential clients, stay updated on industry trends, and promote the company's products and services. Ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards is vital to maintain ethical sales activities and regulatory compliance. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or a related field, along with 0-5 years of experience. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are essential, along with analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools is required. Personal qualities such as being results-driven, goal-oriented, collaborative, adaptable, and resilient are also important.
