Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Staff member to support daily administrative operations. The candidate will assist with office management, documentation, coordination, and basic accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain warehouse records, stock registers, and inventory reports.
· Handle inward and outward stock documentation.
· Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for smooth operations.
· Assist in billing, invoicing, and basic accounting related to warehouse transactions.
· Maintain files, documents, and databases accurately.
· Support management in reporting and day-to-day office tasks.
· Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence related to warehouse operations.
Requirements:
· Gender: Female preferred
· Education: Any degree/diploma
· Experience: Fresher or 1–2 years in warehouse/admin work
· Location Preference: Candidates residing near Anuparpalayam, Tirupur
Skills:
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Email, WhatsApp)
· Organized, detail-oriented, and punctual
Ability to multitask and coordinate with warehouse and office teams
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
