Key Responsibilities:Answering calls and handling client communication with professionalism and courtesy. Managing incoming and outgoing emails, including drafting, responding, and organizing them. Preparing and editing documents in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating appointments. Maintaining records, files, and handling basic office documentation. Supporting management with various administrative and clerical tasks. Coordinating with vendors, clients, and other departments as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any discipline. Proficiency in MS Office tools – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good telephone etiquette and client-handling skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Polite, professional, and presentable behavior. Knowledge of basic office equipment (printer, scanner, etc.).
