Office Receptionist.
Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and friendly Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our real estate office. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk operations, handle client inquiries, support agents with administrative tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and property viewings
  • Maintain visitor logs and manage front desk security procedures
  • Assist real estate agents with administrative support, including documentation and data entry
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors
  • Keep the reception and common areas clean, organized, and presentable
  • Update client records, property listings, and CRM systems as required
  • Support basic marketing tasks such as printing brochures, listing flyers, and signage

Requirements & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or administrative assistant (real estate experience is a plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with CRM software preferred
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
