Job Description

As an Office & Project Administrator at our start-up team in Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in supporting various project management activities. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting the creation and updates of project trackers, resource allocations, and deliverable checklists. - Coordinating with internal teams to gather project inputs, timelines, and support documentation. - Maintaining organized digital records for project folders including emails, reports, submissions, and templates. - Assisting in preparing reports, meeting minutes, and presentations for internal and client use. - Helping track project deadlines and following up with teams to ensure timely submissions. - Supporting the Director and Project Leads in monitoring team workload using shared databases. - Scheduling internal review and coordination meetings as per UK and India time zones. - Preparing meeting agendas, tracking action items, and following up on pending tasks. - Assisting in implementing and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in line with the Company's quality standards. - Liaising with both UK and India team members to support smooth handovers and information sharing. - Escalating critical follow-ups or unresolved issues to superiors promptly. - Providing general office and admin support when required by senior staff. - Handling ad-hoc tasks such as data formatting, research support, vendor coordination, etc. Qualifications Required: - Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field (B.Com, BBA strongly preferred). - 03 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or internship in a similar role. - Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word. - Fluent in English - both written and verbal. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Familiarity with project management tools such as Zoho Books, Xero, etc. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborative attitude with proactive follow-up skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with MS Teams, SharePoint, or Document Control systems. - Exposure to international project environments. - Certification in Project Administration or MS Excel. - Candidates from Ahmedabad/Gujarat will be preferred (this is an office-based role, not remote).,
