An Office Boy/ Peon is responsible for providing general support to maintain the smooth operation of an office environment. This includes tasks like maintaining cleanliness, assisting with administrative duties, serving refreshments, and running errands. They play a crucial role in ensuring the office is organized, efficient, and welcoming for staff and visitors. Here's a more detailed breakdown of the responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Office Maintenance: Keeping the office, including common areas, kitchen, and restrooms, clean and organized.
• Administrative Support: Assisting with basic clerical tasks like photocopying, filing, and delivering documents.
• Refreshments: Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and other refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Errand Running: Handling tasks like collecting and distributing mail, running to the bank, or picking up supplies.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring office equipment like printers and copiers are clean and functional.
• Visitor Management: Greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
• Assisting Staff: Helping with various tasks as needed, such as setting up meeting rooms or organizing files.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
