Providing tea, coffee, or water to staff and visitors.
Ensuring kitchen or pantry areas are clean and stocked.
Opening and Closing Office:
Assisting in opening and locking office premises.
Switching on lights, fans, or ACs in the morning and switching them off in the evening.
Cleaning and Maintenance Support:
Keeping the office area tidy (sometimes includes light cleaning tasks).
Ensuring meeting rooms or boss's cabins are clean and ready.
Photocopying and Stationery Management:
Assisting with photocopying, scanning, and printing.
Managing stationery supplies and distributing them as needed.
Running Errands:
Going to the post office, bank, or other external offices when required.
Buying office supplies or delivering cheques/documents.
Assisting Office Staff:
Helping senior officers with minor tasks like setting up files, organizing materials, etc.
Assisting during meetings, such as setting up water or arranging chairs.
Handling Visitors:
Guiding visitors to the correct department or person.
Sometimes handling small reception-related duties.
