Office Order Management - German Language Experts

**Job Description:** As a Data Entry Support for Avery Dennison products, solutions, and services, you will be responsible for performing various data entry tasks to support the Merchandiser/Sr. Merchandiser. Your activities may include, but are not limited to: - Performing data entry tasks such as item setup, order entry, and customer setup - Providing responsive support to the Merchandiser/Sr. Merchandiser as required - Collaborating with team members and assisting in workload management - Using ERP systems to enter and track order status and other data entry tasks - Creating real-time availability, sample order data entry, and order/sample status tracking - Receiving Customer PO, order confirmation, and processing credit card authorization information if applicable **Qualifications:** In order to be successful in this role, we will be looking for the following qualifications and skills in you: - Graduates with 1 to 3 years of experience - Good written and communication skills - Strong data entry and organizational skills - Detail-oriented with good follow-up skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively - Proficiency in computer systems such as Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and function-specific software - Digital fluency, logical thinking, and expert knowledge of Excel - Expert level of English written and verbal communication **Additional Information:** - The company is specifically looking for German Language Experts who are open to working European Shift - OMs working on MS Dynamics & Filemaker will operate in the Central Europe Time Zone - OMs working on Oracle R12, Net Suite & Business One will operate in the US time zone (Note: The additional information about the company's specific requirements for language experts and working time zones has been included in the job description for your reference.),
