What You’ll Do

• Manage daily office operations, scheduling, and coordination with staff, students, and parents
• Handle basic administrative tasks like maintaining records, calls, and inquiries
• Plan, create, and post engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Monitor and grow online presence, respond to queries, and run basic promotional campaigns
• Assist in organizing workshops, events, and campaigns for the academy
• Track performance metrics for both office operations and social media growth
