Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our office team. The role involves system-based data entry, managing samples, vendor interaction, and regular follow-ups. Candidates should be organized, communicative, and capable of handling day-to-day office coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform data entry and maintain system records
· Manage sample tracking and inventory
· Coordinate with vendors for sample updates and timely deliveries
· Maintain documentation and follow-up logs
· Support the office team in daily operational tasks
Requirements:
· Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, data entry software)
· Good communication and coordination skills
· Organized and punctual with attention to detail
· Prior experience in office work or vendor coordination is a plus
