Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Executive to manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks and office procedures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations in the office and supporting various departments to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and maintain an organized work environment.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for management and staff.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist with HR and accounting tasks, including record-keeping and data entry.
  • Support senior management with administrative tasks and project coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Greet visitors and manage front-desk operations if required.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
