Office Executive

We are looking for a young and dynamic Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling day-to-day administrative tasks, managing outside purchases, and overseeing maintenance activities. The candidate must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and be proficient in MS Office. A two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle general administrative and office coordination tasks

Manage outside purchases including procurement of office supplies, equipment, etc.

Coordinate and follow up on office maintenance and repair work

Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Maintain proper documentation and filing systems

Prepare basic reports and assist in data entry using MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

Support senior staff in administrative and operational duties

Travel locally for office-related work using own two-wheeler, conveyance will be paid

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Age below 30 years

Graduate in any discipline (preferred)

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate .

Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with minimal supervision

Young, energetic, and self-motivated

Problem-solving attitude

Willingness to take initiative and multitask

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
