We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy to handle day-to-day office support tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining cleanliness, serving refreshments, handling errands, and supporting the staff in routine activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office (pantry, workstations, meeting rooms).
2.Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests.
3.Handle filing, photocopying, and other clerical support as required.
4.Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and other office materials.
5.Assist in pantry management and ensure adequate stock of tea/coffee/snacks.
6.Support administrative staff with small tasks.
7.Run errands outside the office when required.
8.Ensure overall smooth day-to-day office operations.
Requirements:
1.Minimum qualification: 10th Pass (preferred).
2.Prior experience as an Office Boy/Helper will be an advantage.
3.Basic knowledge of hygiene and cleaning.
4.Trustworthy, punctual, and disciplined.
5.Willingness to take instructions and complete tasks on time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
