Job Description

Clean office tables, equipment, and pantry every morning before work begins.
Maintain adequate stock of pantry and housekeeping materials. Inform the Admin team in advance when replenishment is needed.
Prepare and serve tea/coffee to staff at scheduled times (10:30 AM and 4:00 PM).
Serve water, tea, and refreshments to guests during meetings or visits.
Deposit cheques or cash in the bank as directed by the Accounts team.
Pay utility or other office bills at respective locations as instructed by the Accounts team.
Collect materials from suppliers as directed by the Purchase or Admin team.
Deliver goods or documents to clients or service centers as instructed by the Admin or Technical Support team.
Handle courier services — drop off parcels, collect receipts, and ensure timely dispatch.
Verify materials (serial number, model number, quantity) during both receiving and delivery, and assist in proper loading/unloading.
Ensure materials are handled and packed carefully to avoid damage, especially during transport or rainy seasons.
Wash and maintain office vehicles at least once a week.
Perform any additional office-related tasks as assigned by the Admin or other staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Education:

Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

Office Boy / Puon: 2 years (Preferred)
