Office boy

• Office Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of office premises, including workstations, corridors, restrooms, pantry, etc.
• Courier and Delivery Services: Receive and deliver packages, documents, and other office materials.
• Assist in Office Setup: Help set up meeting rooms and equipment for conferences or meetings.
• Support in Office Supplies: Ensure that office supplies such as stationery, water, and other essentials are well-stocked and available.
• Handling Mail: Collect, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail and parcels.
• Support in Office Administration: Assist administrative staff with minor clerical work like filing, organizing documents, and running errands within the office.
• Pantry Assistance: Support in maintaining the pantry and preparing serving tea/coffee to employees and visitors.
• Other Duties as Assigned: Assist in any other work or duties as per the requirements of the office.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 8th-grade pass (Higher education may be a plus).
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role (office peon, office assistant, or helper) is preferred.
• Skills:
• Basic communication skills.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work efficiently.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift moderate weights (documents, packages, etc.).
• Must be able to stand, walk, and move around the office frequently.

Work Environment:

• The position is based in a professional office setting.
• Standard office hours (e.g., 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM), Monday through Saturday.

Salary:

• Competitive salary based on experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
