OFFICE BOY JOB DESCRIPTION. 1. Preparing tea / coffee / ready to eat food etc and serving it with smile. Properly using Electric kettle, Coffee maker, Induction etc. 2. Serving water to guests. 3. Keep all the files & document properly, weekly check on the files, cabinets and company assets 4. Keep pantry & all the utensils neat & clean, clean the pantry platform and utensils daily 5. Keep all the working tables / neat & clean, wet mop table tops with cloth everyday in the morning before other staff members arrive. 6. Keeping pencils, pens, calculators at every desk, conference table. Checking their stock and availability. 7. Cleaning mirror, all the windows & glass doors with liquid cleaner every alternate day. 8. Keeping reception area and office area neat and tidy, washing artificial plants and flowers every week and drying them properly. 9. Keep Office neat and do vacuum cleaning of carpet floor every weekend 10. Cleaning fans and their blades every Saturday. 11. Keeping office inventory records and signing the inventory sheet every week. 12. Equipment list gate pass 13. Keeping all the files in designated place in safe and secure manner, masking the torn pages, papers and 14. Travelling and visiting to various offices and locations for follow ups & documentation purpose. 15. Car driving as an when required 16. Any other work as may be required to do in office. 17. Carefully watering plants, twice a week. 18. Submitting original 10th/ 12th Passing certificate with the company. 19. Should have basic understanding of measurements, English written and reading capacity, Good language and command on Marathi, effortlessly speaking and writing in Marathi. 20. Raising request for purchase of office supplies in time. 21. Immediately cleaning the cups/ glasses, trays after use and drying them properly. 22. Filling the soap dispenser regularly, checking it every weekend. 23. Filling the Water in earthen pot daily, cleaning the pot with detergent every Saturday morning and keeping it dry. 24. Cleaning Computer monitors, keyboards, CPU, printers etc. every day and cleaning with blower every month 25. 1 month probation period. 26. Job contract shall be renewed every year. 27. Office reporting time morning 9:45 to evening 7:30 28. Lunch break 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM 29. Rs. 50 per hour additional payment for staying late in office after working hours. 30. Rs. 1000 Additional bonus every month for timely coming to office and doing all the tasks properly. 31. Lates showing up not allowed, No Mawa/ Gutkha/ Tobacco during office hours. 32. Weekly off on Sundays. 33. Should come to office in neat, clean and tidy attire. 34. Performance bonus. If the candidate wants to learn and upgrade new skills, willing to grow in his/ her personal and professional domain, we will extend all possible support to them. Candidate should be serious about learning and acquiring new skill set.
