Job Description

Daily Responsibilities ·       Open and prepare office premises before staff arrival (switch on lights, fans, AC, etc.). ·       Ensure cleanliness of office areas, pantry, and washrooms. ·       Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors. ·       Collect and distribute documents, files, and parcels within the office. ·       Assist in photocopying, scanning, and document binding work. ·       Handle courier dispatch and collection. ·       Maintain cleanliness and organization of meeting rooms before and after meetings. ·       Assist administrative staff in basic office tasks (filing, moving materials, etc.). ·       Keep track of pantry stock (tea, coffee, sugar, water bottles, etc.). ·       Dispose of office waste properly and maintain hygiene. Weekly Responsibilities ·       Deep clean and sanitize office desks, chairs, glass doors, and windows. ·       Check and restock pantry and cleaning supplies. ·       Support minor maintenance work (changing bulbs, rearranging furniture, etc.). ·       Assist in shifting or rearranging office items when required. ·       Ensure all office equipment (printer, copier, etc.) is dust-free and operational. ·       Coordinate with vendors for water supply, cleaning materials, or minor repairs. Monthly Responsibilities ·       Conduct a full office cleanliness audit (pantry, storeroom, meeting rooms, etc.). ·       Report any maintenance or repair needs to the admin team. ·       Help in organizing office events or staff meetings (setup, refreshments, etc.). ·       Assist in maintaining inventory records of cleaning and pantry materials. ·       Participate in monthly staff meetings if required to discuss office upkeep. ·       Dispose of old or unused materials after approval. Skills & Qualities Required ·       Punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy. ·       Basic understanding of office hygiene and etiquette. ·       Polite and cooperative behavior with all staff members. ·       Ability to follow instructions and manage time efficiently.
