Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Boy / Peon to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the cleanliness and smooth functioning of the office on a daily basis. Responsibilities:Maintain cleanliness of the entire office, including desks, floors, pantry. Clean office equipment and machines as instructed. Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments for staff and visitors. Assist the dispatch/logistics team when required. Handle basic office errands and other day-to-day support tasks. Ensure a tidy, pleasant, and professional office environment. Prior experience as an office boy/peon preferred but not mandatory. Punctual, disciplined, and hardworking. Ability to take instructions and work independently. Working Hours:9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) _____________________________ અમારી ટીમમાં જોડાવવા માટે અમે એક વિશ્વસનીય અને જવાબદાર ઓફિસ બોય / પિયોન ની શોધમાં છીએ. ઉમેદવાર ઓફિસની સફાઈ અને દૈનિક કામગીરી સુચારુ રીતે ચાલે તે સુનિશ્ચિત કરશે. જવાબદારીઓ: આખી ઓફિસની સફાઈ રાખવી (ટેબલ, ફ્લોર, પેન્ટ્રી વગેરે). મશીનો અને ઓફિસના સાધનો સાફ કરવાનું કામ કરવું. સ્ટાફ અને ગ્રાહકો માટે ચા-કોફી અને નાસ્તો બનાવવો અને પીરસવો. જરૂર પડે ત્યારે ડિસ્પેચ/લોજિસ્ટિક્સ ટીમને મદદ કરવી. ઓફિસના નાના-મોટા કામોમાં સહાય કરવી. સ્વચ્છ, સુવ્યવસ્થિત અને પ્રોફેશનલ વાતાવરણ જાળવવું. લાયકાત: અગાઉ ઓફિસ બોય / પિયોન તરીકેનો અનુભવ હોય તો પ્રાથમિકતા મળશે. સમયપાબંદ, ઈમાનદાર અને મહેનતુ હોવો જરૂરી. સૂચનાઓનું પાલન કરી સ્વતંત્ર રીતે કામ કરવાની ક્ષમતા હોવી જોઈએ. કાર્ય સમય: સવારે 9:00 થી સાંજે 6:00 (સોમવારથી શનિવાર
