Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of office premises including workstations, meeting rooms, reception, and pantry. Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors as required. Assist with handling office documents, photocopying, scanning, filing, and courier dispatch. Ensure pantry is well stocked and clean; manage drinking water, refreshments, and other supplies. Run errands such as bank visits, cheque deposits, collection/delivery of documents, and purchase of office items. Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging refreshments for staff/clients. Dispose waste and maintain office cleanliness throughout the day. Provide general support to administrative staff and carry out any other tasks assigned by management. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass 0–2 years of experience in a similar role preferred Reliable, punctual, and disciplined Polite, professional, and able to follow instructions Basic knowledge of office equipment (printer, scanner, photocopier) preferred Work Schedule: Timings: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM Work Days: Saturday to Thursday Weekly Off: Friday Overtime/extra work (if required) will be compensated as per company policy Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience and responsibilities)
