Job Description

Job Summary:

The Office Boy / Peon is responsible for general office support, ensuring cleanliness, assisting staff with administrative tasks, and maintaining a smooth workflow in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Keep the office area, storeroom, and washrooms neat and clean at all times.
Sweep, mop, dust, and polish floors, counters, and furniture.
Ensure glass panels, display shelves, and electronic products are dust-free and tidy.
Keep pantry, water dispensers, and common areas clean.
Follow all hygiene and safety protocols in the showroom.
Dispose of trash and maintain proper waste management.
Serve tea, coffee, or water to staff and customers as required.
Deliver or collect documents, invoices, or small parcels within nearby locations.
Help in unpacking, labeling, or moving electronic items safely.
Maintain cleanliness of display items and counters.
Assist in arranging products on shelves or displays under staff supervision.
Support stockroom and inventory staff in organizing goods.
Ensure that all office supplies (stationery, cleaning materials, etc.) are available.
Perform any other related tasks assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 10th or 12th pass.
Previous experience in a retail showroom or similar role preferred.
Basic understanding of Hindi/English or local language.
Polite, punctual, honest, and hardworking.
Physically fit and able to handle light lifting of products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
